Additionally, we have developed the iconic Hugo's Mall, now Green Apple Curaçao, and Eden Mall, along with the exclusive apartment complex Gerano Jan Haayen in Van Engelen Mahaai. In collaboration with the renowned construction partner Jansen de Jong, we have added 34 apartments in the 'Spanish Water View' project to our development portfolio. Our commitment extends beyond new developments; we also cherish the unique charm of Curaçao through the careful restoration of monumental buildings.
In recent years, we have achieved a sales volume of over 100 million on Curaçao. As a result, we have not only completed large projects but also built a diverse real estate portfolio, including projects such as Green Apple and carefully renovated monumental buildings at locations like Julianaplein, Scharloo, and Penstraat, according to the standards of the Monument Fund Foundation. In this way, we have committed ourselves to the preservation of Curaçao's historical heritage.
